Thunder notebook: Celtics unhappy with refs

Celtics upset with refs Kevin Durant was 15-of-15 at the line, which didn’t sit well in the Boston locker room, especially with Celtics All-Star forward Kevin Garnett.

Jason Blake had a goal and four assists to match his career high with five points, and Saku Koivu added a goal and three assists in Anaheim's 5-2 victory over Colorado.

Those plans have been scratched.

"At that point, (the shoulder) was such a big question mark," Devaney said Wednesday.
